The “Chief” of Wing Bind Pipers; as well as Ninny and Noel’s boss. Although he has plenty to say about Ninny and Noel’s work, he never travels to the scene himself. He appears disorganized, wears a clueless expression, and is generally unreliable. Although he’s technically the boss, this doesn’t stop Ninny and Noel from doing whatever they want.
